No. A mentor or coach places you on a team and adds a project brief to your team's Kanban board, which also links to the platform where you, your team and Sirius Dream's fractional exco team communicate.

Over 12 months, your team works toward completing your brief, shaping it into a go-to-market, launch-ready company and product.

No. Producing quality work also takes the ability to thrive in an industrious, positive environment with different kinds of people. Our exco team delivers self and situational awareness sessions to equip you with the tools to run a company and work with others.

You log in through Lumina, which records your GPS location and timestamp. You join your team's meeting room to discuss the day's tickets, follow up on correspondence and meetings, spend an hour upskilling through our curriculum, and then work through your ticket deliverables.

Coaches and mentors issue one ticket every two weeks, accounting for public and educational holidays. Submitted work is reviewed and either approved or returned for revision. That's the cycle throughout the programme.
