Terms of use

These terms are maintained by Sirius Dream and apply to everyone using Lumina: interns, mentors, administrators and approved employers.

Your account

Accounts are issued by Sirius Dream against a record supplied by your institution or employer. Your login is personal — do not share it. Tell the programme office immediately if you think someone else has access.

Honest records

Attendance check-ins, time logs, task submissions and assessment results must be your own and accurate. Checking in from a location you are not at, logging hours you did not work, or submitting work you did not produce is grounds for removal from the programme and invalidates your profile.

Assessment instruments are submitted once. This is deliberate: a profile only carries weight with employers if the inputs behind it cannot be retaken until they flatter you.

Scoring

Your composite score combines skill delivery from approved work, reliability from attendance and delivery behaviour, and role fit derived from your assessments. Fit is advisory context only — it does not decide your role or restrict the work available to you.

Scores are recomputed automatically as new evidence lands. Every recomputation is logged with the inputs and weights used, and administrators can review that trail on request.

Employer profiles

Where you have agreed to employer sharing, Sirius Dream may issue time-limited links to a scored profile. Employers must be approved before they can view profiles. You can withdraw sharing at any time from your profile page, which revokes every live link immediately.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or confidential third-party material.
  • Do not attempt to reach records belonging to other users.
  • Do not use Lumina to harass or discriminate against anyone.
  • Team boards and comments are professional workspaces and are visible to mentors and administrators.

Availability

Lumina is provided as-is for the duration of your programme. Sirius Dream may change features, take the platform down for maintenance, or suspend access where these terms are breached.

Ownership of work

Work produced against a Sirius Dream brief belongs to Sirius Dream or its client, as set out in your placement agreement. You keep the right to reference that work as evidence in your own portfolio.
