About the Capability Score
How your score is earned, kept and shared.
It's a score from 0 to 1000 that shows what you can actually do. It's built from verified Pros reviewing your real work, how consistently you stay active, and how well you fit the role you're aiming for.
Pros are working professionals who review Luminaries' work. View their profiles and learn more about them.
A Pro ticks off the work they actually checked and rates the skills they saw. Only what they checked and rated counts. Your score unlocks once at least two different Pros have reviewed you, and reviews from closer relationships carry less weight than independent ones.
Capability has to be kept up. If you stop being active, your score slowly fades. Become active again, keep your portfolio fresh and keep getting reviewed, and it recovers.
Only if you choose. You decide whether your public profile and leaderboard entry are visible, and you can share a calling card that invites Pros to review you.
Your persona results stay private, even from you, so nobody can tailor their answers to the score. They're used only to work out your role fit, and you can retake them once a year.
